Dynalloy agrees to transfer valuable Flexinol® actuator wire technology, equipment, personnel, and know-how to support vertical integration at one of the world’s largest providers of insulin pump delivery products. Also included, for significant compensation, was exclusivity for direct-to-human drug delivery applications.

Dynalloy moves to new state-of-the-art facilities to support increased Flexino® actuator wire manufacturing and related value added products and sub-assemblies. The demand for small moving components with limited space for electric motors continues to expand.
