Dynalloy is often involved in fabricating early stage prototypes because it is an efficient method to define the correct working parameters for FLEXINOL® actuator wire technology. Dynalloy is not an expert in every industry, but certainly experts in integrating FLEXINOL® actuator wires into a variety of products in different industries. This is accomplished by working closely with our customers and substantially reducing their timelines.

Dynalloy can rapidly design, build and test early stage prototype parts in-house, using CNC machining, small scale injection molding, rapid prototyping, EDM and other unique model shop tools, including electronics support. As well Dynalloy has extensive experience in designing and fabricating specialized test equipment for unique applications.

Dynalloy is not a design-consulting firm. Dynalloy's is a manufacturing company, whose primary goal is to help you reach production, which means you are selling thousands or millions of your products.
